As you may know Black Ops 3 has been revealed several days ago.
Watch the trailer before you read my opinion.

I think they took mason's brain and put it to some kind robot/super soldier.

Reason for thinking this.
"This should help you remember everything."
I don't know much about brain transplants but I'm pretty sure you have to be unconscious for a long period of time, thus you may forget some things. So this new Mason might be having side effects of memory loss.

"He doesn't need his own weapons..."
This is what makes me believe that he is a super soldier, if you have super strength then what is the point of weapons?

"They'll always need men like us."
I think this is saying the world is in desperate need for men like Mason, so they made some form of super soldier with his brain. If you are a super soldier you are probably less likely to die, thus there will always be men like mason, if they can keep creating more of him.

"Our greatest barrier is our own fear."
I think the new super soldier is made to irradiate fear so he can go on insane missions.

The black ops logos splitting in half.
This kind of reminded me of watching cell replication in biology class back in high school. I think they might have done some cloning of mason to keep soldiers like him on the battlefield.

"The only thing holding us back is how far we are willing to go."
This is what really drove my opinion that there some form of brain transplant of cloning, because like in today's news it is kind of socially wrong to transplant brains or clone people. But if you are willing to win a war you might have to take steps that no one else is willing to take.

Please tell me your opinions on this!!

I don't think so, a lot of these quotes are pretty self explanatory, regular war rhetoric.
You also cut a bit off the, "He doesn't need his own weapons" quote, it ends with "he has ours."
There's no indication that Mason will even be in Black Ops 3. Sam Worthington isn't going to voice him if he is.

Also, there are both American and Russian accents discussing what would be this super soldier, but the likelihood is that it will be an America vs Russia thing, so why would they all be discussing the same soldier with the intent for him to succeed?

Actually when I watched the trailer, a lot of the quotes in the trailer were from the in game quotes from Black Ops 1 and 2 as well as trailer(s) for Black Ops 2 "They'll always need men like us." Was Woods in the Black Ops 2 reveal at 1:13.

"He doesn't need his own weapons, he's got ours" Was Briggs from Black Ops 2 mentioning Menendez when he gained control of the drones and started attacking areas in the US and was heading for China.

There's more quotes, but I can't be bothered going through them all in explanation right now.

While it could possibly be something close to what you were saying, I think it was more for showing a "timeline" type deal. Putting in quotes from their previous Black Ops games, leading into the Black Ops 3 logo at the end to show it's the next chapter in their series and build hype around it.

Putting his brain into a robot means that we'll probably be getting some more futuristic jumping shit this year. :/
