I respond to a lot of post everyday and a few +Rep post come up and I can tell you right now I have never ever got rep from those people I know its not that serious it's still annoying if you have no plan on giving rep then don't say it Rant over

I know how you feel. What I also hate about this is that some newer users need to put this in their title or else nobody will help them. I remember as a new user a few years back, it was hard to get people to respond when I only had a few posts.

People put plus rep because people are most likely to help them out.

Bad luck maybe or your reply didn't fix there problem/wasn't helpful (Everytime I put rep+ in the title its when I need help)

But seriously, I couldn't agree more. The worst part is half the time you dont even get the reputation you were offered or the person posting has like 3 rep to offer.

I do have to agree with OP in some aspects though as a lot of users only put the "+rep" in the title so that users come and help out and then when they have their answer no rep is given. I mean, not a big deal to me or anything, but I do find it annoying to not keep your word and do as you said you would.
