I was thinking about adding a nice sound card to my build, but I have that bad feeling that I would be wasting money on something I don't need at all & I can buy something else for my PC.

Sound cards aren't that necessary, honestly.
Unless you are doing sound sensitive audio work.

Oh okay thanks a lot , so if I was a beat makers or something dealing in that area I would need to buy one?

You would need some serious high end equipment to hear the difference between a on board sound card and a dedicated soundcard.

Most [decent] mobos come with fantastic on board soundcards which are separated from the main board for better quality. If your a regular user, e.g, gamer, power user and so on, that would be fine.

Okay thanks , I have a post on which mobo I have , I'm going to be using my PC for gaming / editing / & Graphic Design.
