Haha, Is this your first time? Or have you had experience in GFX before?

I enjoy Web Programming ans HTML/CSS but am looking to get into actually designing websites aswell to make it look cleaner.

Do you know of any good places to learn about web designing and GFX in general?

I've never tried web programming html/css before. Nor have i done much graphics in the past at all...

I'm just doing the design stage atm, i will then at that point transfer it from psd to html whenever i can learn to

Dean

Seems like were doing it on opposites, I need to move onto the design now.

Best of luck in future and can't wait to see you progress

I don't know if it has already been said, but the facebook icon looks disproportionate to the rest of the social icons.

Other than that, I think it looks great.

any icons in particular haven't been mentioned, but them as a general note for them all. I appreciate you pointing it out, trying to work on custom icons atm.

The white icons on the top look a bit scrunched up.
I would suggest scaling them down a bit, and maybe spreading them out a little more.
I don't think they should be any taller than the "GamingFocalPoint" text to the left.

Just a suggestion, with the stroke on the "GamingFocalPoint" text.
It looks really bumpy along the bottom and top, with all the curves.
Maybe keep the stroke there, but go over it with the pen tool or something, to flatten out the edge? I think it would look a lot smoother.

I really like the first example.

You did a better job with the colour that's a fact, you could do with working on cleaning it up but altogether a pretty good job.

Since UI and UX is what I am majoring in, this is really pretty to me and I love to see people working with it and creating pretty UIs.

As for color, I think you chose a good one that works well with the flow of the site and isn't super bright and would work well viewing in the day as well as in the night.

Your icons look alright, and go with things as well.

Your text is a tad cluttered for my liking almost too close together, but that could just be me.

Great job overall, Dean. Keep up the great work, boss man!
