You ask for level 31+ but you yourself are only level 30?

yes, because for me to complete it, it would be better for me to have two level 31's with me. Why would I ask for anything lower? I'm also very close to 31, I need 2 shards to level up my gear.

why're you complaining? I'm just looking for someone to help me with the nightfall. Obviously it would be helpful for me to have a 31 or above with me as I'm only a level 30. People don't have to help I was asking if anyone would be nice enough to help.
