Considering JT is ageing and we need a young CB who is young (To devolop with Hazard , Oscar , Azpi etc) and Cahill aint doing so well right now , He could possibly line up with Zouma and imagine them 2 learning and developing together.

Im actually calling it , Thats going to happen - He is coming here , Cahill will be back up or leave , JT will be phased out (As a winner - As we are winning the leauge this season) and Zouma and Varane will be our CBs and we will be unstoppable with Courtois in net.

Agreed, but think he'll become more of a Rio type role back in 2011/12/12/13 where he was really just played on big occasions where experience was needed, or kept on standby to sweep up any possible problems

If we were to sign Varane, I'd still play Terry with either Zouma or Varane alongside him. Now obviously in your small FA cup games etc. you can play with them both, but Mourinho isn't exactly a fan of changing about and rotating the defence, that is a HUGE change to the entire defence in leaving out Terry and I feel that in many games we will suffer the consequences. Just look at United when they lost their experienced defenders at once

true true, but I feel like the process will have to happen at some point to make the transition into life without Terry, and just feel next season would be the ideal time, especially as this season has been a great transitional phase for Zouma going from reserve to prem footy.
