Usually you find yourself having to Eco a few round. everyone has a variety of low cost guns they use i happen to just armor and 5-7. i find this gun easy to use and easy to control it's recoil
Here is a video of a 5-7 ace against a fairly geared enemy team. this was a silver master-gold 3 mostly nova 1-2.
This video is my first ever ace and it was with an AWP
5-7 is most likely my favourite gun with the awp close behind!
Which gun do you use on eco? which is your favourite gun in the game to use?

My favorite gun, hands down would have to be the Scout sniper rifle.
It's very underestimated.
Kids all the time saying "Why the hell is he using a Scout" or "You have enough money, buy a damn AWP".
Honestly, the Scout is much better than the AWP, in my opinion.

one shot no armour from chest up(?)
it's very good but i find it easier to use an awp for some reason it just feels like the awp scope is easier to move imo

Bare in mind I have only been playing this game for 4 days but I'm currently liking the AK-47.
The only reason I like it is because it's easy t get used to especially when your a noob like me!

I prefer the AWP as my favourite weapon, alongside the Rekt-9 for sidearm. The AWP, I'm just comfortable with, I've always preferred the option of being a sniper when in games, so the AWP is my preferred choice. The only reason I don't like the Scout, is because it gives that freedom of having much easier time hitting running shots, jump shots and dare I say, quick scopes. Now, I used to play CoD as a quickscoper, so I'd rather not get that mindset that I can try this on CS:GO, which has happened many times, and is the reason I stay away from the Scout. Now if it's a force buy or I happen to pick the weapon up from someone when my team was on an eco, I'll keep the weapon until I die or upgrade to an AWP. When it comes down to it, I just feel more comfortable running to a spot with an AWP, and hoping to cut off a flank, get information and then move back a little to get a different angle or rotate back if I need to.

it sounds weird and it isn't an excuse because i am ranking up nicely, but when i play with 4 other friends they always drop me an awp because i just seem to play well with it, Id on't get highscores but i sit back and watch my team push and pick from behind, basically i support them. but when i play with randoms i just use the ak and go for entry frags. playing with friends = have fun and just play to win rounds and when solo play for frags more. i don't know if that makes sense xD

I am a rifle guy myself, and I enjoy the M4A1-S. I can kill people without their teammates knowing where it came from and that helps a lot. Burst control is huge in this game and that gun helps a lot when starting out.

I personally just can't sit back with the AWP other wise I tend to choke hard with it, missing the easiest of kills and terrible at flicking. When I'm pushing up, I feel much more in sync with using the AWP and as much as CS:GO is a team based game, I feel much more comfortable on my own with the AWP. Normally when I'm saving for an AWP, I'll just pistol or use guns I pick up, unless we're doing a force buy, in which I'll either buy a Scout or a Deagle and go from there. Solo queuing, I tend to have either the worst teammates or a team that carries hard, but for the most part, I try to stay partied up with a party including me of 3 or more friends, as I have a much better time communicating over having those randoms that don't even want to listen to reason.
I will say, I have my off days with the AWP, mostly after I finish changing a crosshair, in which I change my mouse's DPI (I always change DPI with every new crosshair) so when I'm not AWP'ing, I'm using M4/AK trying to gather information, while possibly entry fragging if I feel someone is near me, while at the same time, banking money, in which I buy rifle and only light armour, a smoke and frag, while saving money to drop for the team if not everyone can buy.

If I ever need to eco a round, I usally go with the swag-7 for the kill reward or the Ump. Pistol rounds, I like my good ol' P250. But the gun I use the most would be the Ak or the M4A4. We all know why the ak is very good but I prefer the M4A4 over the silenced version because a better clip and you can spray better if needed.
