anyone fancy giving me a brief description of what the game was like? Didn't have chance to watch it

Congrats Chelsea though. It's not the biggest cup however it still had all the best teams in England in it! Not an easy thing to win.

Spurs were decent tbf , Zouma wasent great first half (Playing in DM) and if anyone was going to score it looked like it was going to be Spurs (Hit the crossbar on a FK , Though i think Cech would have had it covered), But CFC (Being CFC) defenfed well and got a goal from JT just before HT.

Zouma wsa much better 2nd half and it was just a case of defending , Not too long later then fabregas (Who also had a much better 2nd half) picks up the ball after walker (I think) was drawn out by hazard , Costa then made a clever run and deflected into the goal,

Congratulations Chelsea fans for being the first cup winners of the English season, hopefully the Gunners can pull one back with the FA cup!

It was about time since Jose Mourinho won a trophy, 2 years is a long time for a manager of his class. Imo Chelsea got 2 lucky deflections for their goal.

Only problem is you've got the cursed trip to Old Trafford, we know what Arsenal are like there

How come Spurs didnt get any "Lucky" deflections?

The first was aweful defending (Not luck)

The second was good play (Fabregas running the show , Hazard drawing the spurs defender , Costa with a brilliant run) THEN only after all 3 of those things happen we had a "Lucky" deflection - But we made it happen , We didnt accidently get to that point , Costa didnt shoot on accident. As costa said (Interviewer asked if he is claiming the goal) "If i didnt shoot its no goal"

So RM are beatable after all. (Or draw able xD) , I honestly think we have a chance against any one of the 3 "Super teams" (Bayern , Barca and RM)

Not saying we would win but we would give them all a good game and i think on our day could beat each one.

Varane is apparently keen on a move away but more inclined to go to a team he is more likely to get the first team football at.

Varane has been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal and United. Opting for United at the mo. That being said, I'd still prefer Hummels, but if he is unattainable Varane would be a great acquisition
