Is this legal? If somebody was to wear see through clothes in the us publicly would that be legal?

No. It's public indecency. All private areas must be covered.

While that may be true, the fact that someone can still complain that they can physically see what isn't supposed to be seen, is what will get you in trouble.

I **** hope not there isnt many people id like to see like that... at least not in my area.. it is apparently legal for women to go topless but if they cause an accident they can be charged (dont remember the legal term)

It could all depend you could wear it and be perfectly fine. but if a police officer see you and doesn't like it then you could face a ticket or be arrested( officer discretion)
