Looking to spend around 1000$.USD. I already have (Dual monitors and Keyboard mouse. ect.) Also id like it to be better than my current computer my current computer has AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. 2TB hard drive 12Gb RAM. im looking for something that will work well with recording high quality games without killing my FPS or losing frames on the recording.

No need for more ram use the 12GB from your current rig.

No point bumping up until you feel you need more.

Better PSU and you can add another 970 in SLI if you wish, with ease. If you're not overclocking, no need for the i7, grab a Xeon E3-1231 V3 instead.
