So recently I was getting bored of playing my xbox account so I decided to make a fresh one. The day I created it I put a fresh 3 month on, changed the GT, an signed out (never played) then 2 days later I signed in and it sayed I had been suspended for cheating/tampering which is impossible because I still haven't played any games on it.
Long story short I didn't care much because I could still use my main account, but then 2 weeks later that was suspended too. Now both my accounts have been temporarily suspended for something I didn't do.
I was perma banned in the past and I admit I did host ISO lobbies frequently but that was over 4 years ago... since then I haven't done anything against the XBL CoC.
I want answers and the enforcement team doesn't want to provide those, this has gone too far and I'm seriously considering a law suite even though it would be hard to go up against one of the biggest companies in court.
Any opinions/suggestions on this?

I do agree that they go abit extreme when it comes to banning people offline though..

Selling gamertags is against the CoC.... apparently you knew that since you removed one letter from the gt. Forums/p=37199789.html#37199789
that's just what I saw from your recent topics. If you already lied once, I'm sure you've done other things to deserve your ban.
PS. I lold at the fact you want to take Microsoft to court over a 2 week ban.

This happened to me too on both of my accounts last year. Both got temporary bans for nothing at exactly the same time one evening, which I thought was really odd. So I served the ban duration and then carried on playing on xbl as usual when I got the accounts back.
Then no more than a week later (Christmas day evening) my main account was perma banned for absolutely nothing!!! Thankfully I got it back after complaining via the enforcement forums and over the xbox support chat.
They also don't even give you evidence of why they banned you which I think is ridiculous. Honestly I think as long as they get your subscription money they don't care.
They are an absolute joke. You'll just have to serve the ban duration unfortunately.

I bought one gta 5 modded lobby on a brand new account and I signed in the next day and I was perma banned for one lobby that's extreme that was my first offense on that account I should have got just a 7 day ban but they perma banned me and I had just put 12 months on the account so that was a waste of $60

Yep, it's outrageous, I asked to see my logs and they refused.
They didn't even provide a legit reason, just that I "cheated"

Did you even read my entire post???? I said you obviously lied about never doing anything against the CoC, so I wouldn't be surprised if you were in a modded lobby or something.

Yes, well clearly I haven't been the only one with this horrible service.
If nobody takes action they will continue to steal from people.
