I have a Toshiba Laptop that recently quit on me. Whenever I turn it on it says "No bootable Device." I have extra hard drives that I can use on the computer, I just need to know what to do. +rep for someone who can give me the answer.

I called a local PC repair company in my town and they told me $150 even if I bring the hard drive LOL.

Have you located the Hard drive and made sure the HDD is connected properly? If it is, try a different 2.5'' Hard drive but then you'd have to install an OS.

I went ahead and dropped it off at my local computer repair shop. Cost me $60. Everyone else I called kept telling me $100-$150.
