Yeah Twitch lets you know but I think you have to enable the notification. I personally don't watch a lot of streams usually only when a new game comes out.

Yeah if you have a good enough PC and game a lot then it could be worth a try for you. I have been streaming for about a few months now on and off.

Signing up for Twitch is totally free. So I don't see why not, right? Yes, having a twitch account allows you to follow people and it will tell you via email when they start streaming. BUT it does cost to subscribe to people on Twitch which is $5 and you can get bonus things with that. Also, you can buy a thing called "Turbo" which gives you a lot of bonus things like, AD free streaming, etc which costs $8.99 a month. Hope that clears everything up.

oh right thanks. currently im not too interested in streaming, but i have a good enough pc so may try it soon, but yeah ill give twitch a go and see what its like!

you need to be following them but the thing with twitch is the follow notify when someone is live doesnt work half of the time so follow their twitter mostly to know in live time but yes its worth signing up
