What the heck mates. I'm not paying $100 dollars for premium when there is proof that I already purchased it.

The premium is only unlocked for your ps4 account not xbox one thats a whole new ball game, pretty stupid if you ask me but its all about the moneyyyyy.

premium was transferred for me to the xbox one... fine. I mean if you really dont want to pay again, I dont see how making a few phone calls could kill you.. It could be worse... Ive had worse..

They wont transfer it cross platform, only upgrades to next gen.

It's not all about the money. That's just the way it works. Your Accounts are just associated to the same origin account. The premium is just for the PS4. Why would you expect them to work for both consoles? It works just like all DLC. You aren't getting screwed. They probably aren't able to help you, because this isn't an issue they have/ need to fix.

I do not mean to make you upset or anything, but as far as I know I do not think that the premium transfers over consoles. I think that you have to buy it individually for each specific console..
