Ok so i think i'm having problems with my 970.
I been reading around and people have been having problems where in some games their fps is stuttering like mad and in some its fine.
For me in DayZ i get a tiny bit a lag on high settings but then i start playing minecraft and every time i run/walk it looks like im my guy is teleporting/stuttering around the place.
I saw something about the GPU not using its full potential and by the looks of it my gpu usage stays around 30% all the time, and the fan speeds go to 40% tops.
If i could get any help i would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks.

DayZ is very poorly optimised and runs pretty poorly on most systems.
You might find that Minecraft problem is due to not having enough RAM allocated to the process. I found this problem when using modpacks and having the default 1GB instead of any additional.
Ensure you have up to date drivers and then try to launch Minecraft with more RAM.
