i have a laptop that has a AMD A8 Quadcore processor if i buy a intel i3 core processor can i switch the AMD processor out for the intel processor?please help me..

No sir. Laptop processors are sottered into the motherboard. Even if it was in a desktop, intel and AMD processors aren't interchangeable.

No, It's not possible to swap out AMD for Intel, You would need to swap out the Motherboard as well & to be honest, on a Laptop is this even possible?

Not all CPU's are soldered to the mobo, this is only in some models.

For the OP: you would need a different motherboard, not really possible in a laptop. I wouldn't really waste your time on swapping CPU's on a laptop; I was looking into this recently and it's not really cost effective. You'd be better off putting the money towards a new rig.
