I think you have to have over 10k Posts.

Depends on what you're talking about.

If you're talking about a rainbow username, you need to be in the top 5 posters, which all have over 10,000 posts.
If you're talking about rainbow text, like this I am sure there is a rainbow text generator somewhere on the internet.
