Dress cleanly and know your shit.

Pro Tip: Know the date and perhaps wear a watch it shows you are serious about time management.

What are the interviews for? Potential job? Internship? What field?

I always find the best way to look at an interview is to think of it in the manner that you are interviewing them.

Going by this, make them feel like they need to state why they would want you as a team member. State your qualifications, show them your resume, give them some facts if they require them. You should be the one asking the question's about what the job entails, and speak about your interests on the subject. Ask them what the work environment should be expected to be like. An interview is your chance to see if you're the right candidate for the job.

For my interview I wore jeans and a t-shirt, he asked me how my hours would work and I told him any time after 4.

He then asked me what I would do if a customer was having trouble finding a product, I simply said "I would do my best to help them find it, if I can't them I'd ask someone."

He was like "ok I'll give you a shot, since when I was 16 I was in the same position as you."

And bam I had the job. This was 6 months ago and I've been working ever since no complains.

Be yourself, tell them your hours and any questions you have.

Be confident but don't sound cocky. Just try not to be nervous.
