I am 19 years old now and I'm an average looking guy dating the same average looking girl since I was 15. We rarely fight, few problems(I wouldn't brag about how exciting our relationship is though) The main problem is my hobby- Yugioh. I buy cards and go to tournaments(she went once and looked like she was disgusted with me- like I was a meth-head smoking and shooting up heroine with everyone).

This isn't a new thing. I've was playing Yugioh before I was dating her. Apparently, she was just going to wait for me to grow out of it. I always knew she didn't like the game. She didn't want to talk about it sometimes she'd leave the room if I ever opened a binder of cards. She has never wanted to discuss this problem in our relationship because everything else went great.

A few days ago- WHAM- she says "That stupid card game or me?!"

Believe it or not I'm not sure what to do.

Help me please.

I would choose the girl, if you really like her, and see that it could go far, dont let the card game stand between it.

In my opinion any girl that gives you a question like that really isn't worth your time. Talk to her first though, tell her that it's something you really enjoy and that it's unfair that she's made you come to this decision.

I think she's being ridiculously out of order.

At first when I first saw the title, I was like... Yep, this is joke.

But now reading it, I'm kinda believing it now...

Anyways, if I were you I'd chose her instead of the cards.

If you geta substantial source of income from you playing Yugioh, then I'd stick with it.

As much as I want to agree with everyone and say take your girl, if she would break up with you over a card game she isn't someone that you should be in a relationship with. When you are dating you are supposed to like each other for who you are, if she doesn't like you because of this, that's her problem.

I think you must be high to even think about that.

Girls, will last throughout your whole life-time, whereas a card game won't.

Don't be an idiot, stop thinking to much on it.

Maybe you should calm down on it though..
