G2A. It's selling on there for 35 USD at the moment, and things get cheaper on all the time. Better than paying 60 dollars, like you say.

I wouldn't use G2A, Ubisoft (and also Steam) have been removing games that have been bought through 3rd party sellers - G2A being the main one. You should just wait it out until you can pick it up on sale from an actual retailer.
