Hey so I recelty traded a few skins and now when my inventory loads up its bugged and wont update just show old inventory and ahows some items that won't load ... Any way to fix this so I can continue trading up ?

If you mean it won't show on CSGO Lounge, that's common and will show up eventually. Either sign out of CSGO Lounge and sign back in through steam or when on your items for trading/betting, click "inventory" tab a few times to refresh it, which should cause a force refresh, in return updating on there.
If it's on Steam and not showing, that's something with Steam's Community or Steam.API (I believe the API was to show TF2 items, so it may be the same for other items on your Steam profile.) If it's on Steam, it will fix on it's own within the next couple of hours, if not few minutes.
If it's in CSGO, that can happen at random. Sometimes you have to leave and restart the game or wait for it fix just like the Steam Community/Steam.API, on top of that, it's normal for some items to be missing pictures when in CSGO.

idk if you willing to open puush links but heres what it shows when i click search/add trade its annoying ....

Just keep clicking "Reload steam inventory API" And it will eventually load

This is very common, I usually just refresh the page a bunch of times, then it usually works,
Also, never, ever click on ANY links from ANYBODY saying anything like 'Hey, check out my inventory!'
Just simply view it through Steam, don't click the link, the link is most likely a rat that will steal all the items from your inventory, then put it in theirs.
