I'm a console gamer who wants to start playing more PC games such as Minecraft and cod4. I'm wondering if you think this will be a good PC to get.

For that price, you can get a really good gaming pc, instead of a sh*tty HP. go with a gaming desktop.

If you were going to get a desktop for $1,229.96 you might as well bulit a gaming computer thats going to be 100x times better for that price. Also laptops are bad for gaming

$1229.96?

You could get a Gaming PC like this for example: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

This build is purely for example.

Please for the love of God, and for the sake of you completely wasting your money, don't buy either of those...

I strongly advise looking at a few tutorials on how to build a computer on YouTube, there's plenty of them and it doesn't take long. Once you've done that, head on over to the PC Building Forum and post your budget and that there.

The Desktop PC has Intel HD Graphics... possible the worst thing in a PC.
