Already helped you twice. Gave you a build the first time and you disregarded it apparently. I also told you an air cooler that you could get instead, but wouldn't perform nearly as well as the AIO I suggested. 2nd time I helped, I told you the issues with that build.

If you aren't gonna listen to Sanctyy you might as well not post.
Anyway go with something like a NH-D15 if you want it to look kinda ugly. The DRP3 is also a good option, as well as the Phanteks PH-TC14PE. The blue and white one might go well with that build.
If you disregard my post as well you can be sure you won't be getting much help from any of the guys around here anymore.

OP-Still don't see much point in getting an air cooler instead of AIO, I've told you the advantages of an AIO and that there's next to no chance if you springing a leak with an AIO. Also, as I've said PSU is horrific and if you can, grab the 4690k instead of the 4670k since it's better performance for the same price.

Oi nothing wrong with Air coolers my PH-TC14PE kicks the H100's ass in terms of price and noise level.

but ugly tho ;)
Kraken X61 was the AIO I recommended which out-performs TC14PE. I know there's nothing wrong with them, I just don't see much point personally, if you can afford a good AIO. OP only wants an air cooler because he thinks he'll get an AIO and it will leak all over his system.

Some Builds
But yeah leakage is pretty rare and I believe corsair/Nzxt do cover damage via leakage.
