I want to make a better gaming laptop and i dont know what to buy for it and it is a HP windows 8 laptop

There's almost nothing you can upgrade. RAM and storage are the only possible upgrades in the majority of laptops, so you can't improve it's gaming performance. You should build a PC for gaming anyway since it will be far superior.
