Help flashing nand

I have a Corona motherboard and did everything right in xebuild but when I use Simple 360 Nand flasher i get an error that says
"ERROR: Unable to read 0x3000000 bytes from game:\updflash.bin(read: 0x0 bytes)"
That happens right after it tries to read in image to memory.
I have tried twice now with different updflash.bin but still get the same error.
I also can't dump the image to a flash drive. i get errors when trying to dump it as well.
Fixed my own problem by creating a whole new nand with jrunner.
