This is the 22nd Century as far as the internet goes and agencies can do more then you think. They may not prosecute you for pirating certain movies but the second you download any data from someone the governments suspect to be shady they will trace that shit and **** you.

i think he was trying to say that if you download illegal stuff like government secrets and child pronography you will we tracked down. Not for downloading a album or something like that

No he was saying that if the uploader was a terrorist, and you downloaded from him, then you would be considered associated with that uploader and logged into the FBI data base.

Never mind, ignore everything I said. Don't want to be breaking any rules here, sorry.

I read online somewhere that they have different servers around the world so it's basically impossible to shutdown the Pirate Bay unless they raid all of the servers at once which would be like impossible it said.

This is good for piracy all around, but I wont be using the site unless they change the look of the site and make it easier to get around.

There are other sites that are better.
