This is a easy process.
1) make sure you have a Friend willing to give a game to you
2) make sure they uninstall the game and u sign into there account on your xbox
3) when you've done that, it should say games ready to install without licnnce.
4) switch back to you account and download said game
5) delete the friends account
6) let game install and enjoy said game.
i believe i am the first to find this glitch on xbox one. if you need any help leave questions below, or if u want to trade games leave what games u want and what games u have below as-well

That is Game Sharing.. A.K.A "licence Transfer"
Your not the first one to find this, Secondly it's not a glitch since microsoft allows this.. Also this ain't the place to game share! As you said it your self you need a "friend" Why you asking on here!
