Rec Center. Find a good squad and just roll with them, it's the fastest way to level up, and when you play rival teams in the Rec, you get double the rep if you win.

The fastest way if you dont play the REC is to get a 3 man team and travel to rival parks and go on a win streak with a good team mate grade. Grabbing rebounds and getting assist will get you a easy A+
