The Tech Game is custom coded.

If you want a discussion board like this, there are several options available - like MyBB, phpBB, etc.

^ you will most likely fail if you do NOT have any money or plan on spending money on a website at least $100+ js. seen many of websites go down quick.

If your thinking that this is just a template site and they filled i don't think your right. I think this site was coded by Sean or his mate. You won't be able to get a site like this without paying someone to do it for you.

They codded their own site! but their are websites out their that help make forum sites!

But TTG started from absolutely nothing, everything is self coded and made by the administrators and developers.
Some sites that could boast similar looks to TTG could be providers like myBB or vBulletin. You could go to Forumer but I wouldn't do that. If I were you I'd just stick to this website
