Hi guys I'm going to try to attempt this post again but my DVD Drive is somehow messed up I haven't tampered with it or anything but all of a sudden I just get a really fast flashing green light. I have done my research and I have cleaned the belt and pulley but nothing happens! here is a video of what it does

Are you sure you cleaned the Pulley properly? That's all I could possibly see being the reoccurring issue with this particular problem.

I might give it another try but I mean when you start your Xbox isn't the laser and stuff suppose to make a noise and move? It seems like no power or something but yes I will try cleaning it again and see what it gets me.

seems like the dvd drive just gave out,u culd buy a new one of the same make and model and take the motherboard out of the old one and put it in the new one and you should be all set,no need to flash the dvd drive to ur xbox, you can buy a new one for like 40 dollars
