Hi, I would like to know if you could trade Pokemon from Pokemon Pearl to Pokemon Y.

Yes, but it requires a lot of effort.
You have to transfer them from D/P to B/W/B2/W2, then beat B/W/B2/W2, then use the Poke Transporter to send it to your Pokemon Bank, (which costs $5 to use) then take the Pokemon from the bank and transfer them to your X/Y cart.
You're better off getting someone to gen you D/P mons for X/Y.
