Ive recently made a new account but I dont want to level up back to where I was as it takes ages I was a colonel grade 2 almost grade 3 and on my new account im a warrant officer so I was wondering can I replace the game save with my old account over my new account using horizon ? If not is there any easy ways to level up apart from the oni sword base accommodation boosting? If not does anyone want to boost on like living dead?

No, you can not just replace game saves and expect for the rank to carry over. The only way to achieve the rank you want is by using a homebrew Xbox and also I think they have patched all the possible ways to modify your rank. I not really up to date with Halo Reach Mods.

Yes a homebrew xbox refers to a modded Xbox(JTAG/RGH).
