So my second prestige I chose to permenantly unlock the Mahem rocket launcher, when I prestiged it said I didn't have it u locked even though I permenantly unlocked it. So I just prestiged for the third time and when I went to choose my permenant unlock it said I already unlocked the Mahem launcher.

Same thing happened to me. Once you get a varient of it(I got the mahem) you'll be able to use it.

Just click on the mayhem and younger it if has a lock on it it happened to me and I got it by doing that
