I pre ordered aw on the Xbox one digital copy, wondering if I still get the game on Xbox 360 or will I have to buy another digital copy?

If you buy the digital version for the xbox one first, then you have to buy it again for the xbox 360.

Not true. It is clearly stated that buying it on one console will grant access for current and previous gen.

It's so unclear. I contacted them on twitter and it still was not explained well.
