I would never change my location just to get the game a few hours early jeez. You get banned and thats your account and 70 dollars down the drain just because you wanted to play cod a few hours early.

I dont think you've looked, for me it says in the description for every single game when they are available.

You get it at 00:01 on the 3rd in whatever region your in.
You wont get banned for changing region for getting a cheaper game and getting it early, go ask xbox support everyone does it just dont use a fake address.

If you pre-order the digital version of Advanced Warfare on your Xbox One you will be able to download it now and be able to play it on November 3rd at 12:01 AM Eastern time.

It says that in the description of the game on the Xbox One store.
