Hey Againnnnnn,
Just jumped on my laptop (Not been on it in months) and I have been sorting it out, uninstalling programs, defragging, clearing un-used things ect.
I then stumbled across a program I have never heard of and I can not uninstall it.
This is the error message coming up...
If anybody knows either a program or a way to delete this ill be very happy

You're most likely getting this error due to you recently uninstalling programs. When you uninstalled a program it deleted the .dll needed on another program.
You can try to reinstall the program you uninstalled if you remember what it was or if not I would probably try going into safe mode with networking and try to uninstall it that way. If all else fails, you would have to download that specific .dll, although downloading the same .dll could cause further problems on other programs.
I'm not exactly a PC pro but you can give it a try.

try locating the program in the windows folder and try deleting it through there.
From the error message it looks like the programs missing files already causing it unable to uninstall hence why i said 'try' locating the program.
