The world is coming to an end. The air is polluted, the ocean's contaminated, the animals are going extinct, the economy's collapsed[/ing.]

None of these things are going to 'end the world.'
The world will recover from air pollution, ocean contamination, and animals have been going extinct for as long as there have been animals.
I'm not too sure if he's saying the economy has collapsed, which it obviously hasn't, or if it's collapsing, which I really don't think is it either.
Maybe if he had of made this video in 1929 I'd agree with him.

Education is shot, police are corrupt, intelligence is shunned and ignorance rewarded.

Once again, I really don't think education is shot. It's a typical language ploy to use broad language when you're making a video like this, so you can dismiss certain interpretations of what you're trying to say.
If he's saying that education is pointless, or isn't working, I'm not going to deny that some changes need to be made to the way that children are educated, but it really depends on which country you're in.
I'm assuming he's from America, so I can't comment on whether or not the education system is good or bad there because I don't know.
SOME police are corrupt, others are nice people just trying to help, situations get out of hand and are posted all over the internet which results in a confirmation bias. You see it happen more often so you think it happens more often, when in reality, situations with the police talking to a person or arresting them go off without a problem most of the time.

Intelligence is shunned? Not where I'm from. If you're intelligent, you get good grades, go to a good University, get a degree, and get a good job.
If you're ignorant and ignore all of the opportunities presented to you, you are rewarded with a mundane existence.

The people are depressed and angry, we can't live with each other and we can't live with ourselves, so everyone's medicated.

Poetic pessimism is poetic.

We pass each other on the streets and if we do speak it's meaningless robotic communication

I was about to say, 'This is probably because I have no reason to speak to people I pass on the street other than to ask for directions.' and then I realized.
Good point, Mr Speaking Rapper, good point.

More people want 15 seconds of fame than a lifetime of meaning and purpose because what's popular is more important than what's right. Ratings are more important than the truth

Hmm... once again, very vague and broad language.
15 seconds of fame usually applies to more than 15 seconds, fame means money and money means you can do 'meaningful' things, whatever his definition of 'meaningful' is.
Also, why is having '15 seconds of fame' seen as meaningless.
If you get 15 seconds of fame by posting a video to Facebook making thousands of people laugh, is that meaningless?

Our government builds twice as many prisons than schools

This probably has something to do with the number of teachers available, and it's not the Government's fault that they have to build more prisons to deal with the capacity of the 'Depressed, angry and medicated' people.
Would you rather they squish them all into one prison?

It's easier to find a Big Mac than an Apple and when you find the apple it's been genetically processed and modified

It really isn't easier to find a big mac than an apple.
There are around 3 McDonalds in my local area, whereas there are tens, maybe even hundreds, of stores, and small shops which sell apples.

President's lie, politicians trick us

President's and politicians are not obligated to tell the truth 24/7, just like any other human beings.
Should they lie? some would argue that they know best, others hold your point of view.
So, yeah, why not, good point Mr Speaking Rapper.

This was still a terrible rhyme though. 'modified -> president's lie.' ?

Race is still an issue, so is religion, "Your God doesn't exist, my God does and he is 'All loving' if you disagree with me I will kill you, or even worse argue you to death."

Hahahaha, yeah... I was with him until he said 'Or even worse...'

Kids don't play 'Tag' they play 'Twerk videos'

My friend here is from 10,000 BC. He would like to complain that kids from the 1960's didn't play 'Carve'a'stone' they play 'Tag.'
Times change, so do trends.
Besides, kids still play tag. They just look at Twerk videos when they aren't playing tag, or when they aren't doing anything else that kids normally do, which really isn't that much time spent watching twerk videos.
What is his point here?

The average person watches 5 hours of TV a day, and there's more violence on the screen than ever before.

Good for the average person. If that's how they want to spend their time, even if it is detrimental to their health, then so be it.
As for there being more violence than ever before, maybe it's because we aren't as afraid of an unknown any more.
We know that seeing fake violence doesn't make people violent or desensitize them to violence... because we all know that it's fake.

Technology has given us everything we could ever want, and at the same time, stolen everything we really need.

Ooooh 'Stolen' way to anthropomorphise a collection of inanimate objects Mr Speaking Rapper.
And once again, such a broad and vague term 'Technology' let's assume he's talking about computers and phones, computers have made it easier to get our opinions out there, tell people how we really feel [good or bad,] get things that we REALLY need, and allow us to know what is going on anywhere in the world, at any time, along with so much more.
Phones do pretty much the same things now.

He doesn't say what we 'REALLY NEED' but if it involves taking away all of this, it can't be too great.

Pride is at an all time high, humility an all time low.

I don't know... were people measuring pride/humility levels 100 years ago? Are they measuring them now?
#Illuminati

Everybody knows everything, everybody's going somewhere, ignoring someone, blaming somebody. Not many 'Human beings' left any more, a lot of 'Human doings,' plenty of 'Human lingerings in the past,' not many 'Human beings.'

Everybody knows everything because internet. Earlier he complained that intelligence is shunned and ignorance is rewarded but now he's complaining that everybody has access to too much information to make themselves more intelligent? This is a solution to his problem and he's condemning it.

Going somewhere, ignoring someone, blaming somebody. Poetic fillers which serve no real purpose to the point he's making. You can't not go anywhere because you're always moving through time to the next event, you can't pay attention to everybody, and if you're blaming someone for something that you did then you're a bit of a mong.

The same goes for the whole 'human beings' part, it's not too hard to see these are just poetic fillers with no real basis or meaning. Everybody is doing something, everybody has regrets, and everybody is being. I don't think these 3 things have evolved in the past 10 years out of previous humans.

Money is still the root of all evil, yet we tell our kids don't get that degree, the jobs don't pay enough.

'Money is the root of all evil' applies to people having too much money and spending it wastefully on things they don't need when it could go towards better causes.
A person choosing the right degree for a good job doesn't relate to this in any way. Having enough money to get by does not make you evil.

Good deeds are only done when there's a profit margin, videos of the misfortunes of others go viral, we laugh and share them with our friends to laugh with us, our role models today, 60 years ago would have been of what not to be.

Good deeds are not only done when there's a profit margin. What profit did people gain by tipping buckets of ice cold water over their heads and then donating to charity?
What profits do volunteers working in homeless shelters get, or volunteers who have gone to combat the e-bola virus get?
Closer to home, what profit does a person get from holding open a door? or picking up something that someone else has dropped?

Videos of the misfortunes of others? This depends entirely on what videos he is talking about. If he's talking about the videos of people giving the homeless money or pizza, then he has no point. If he's talking about videos of people falling over, i'm sure they get up and see the joke behind it all. Other than that, I have no idea what 'misfortunes' people are filming and sharing because I haven't seen them.

and the role models 60 years ago would have been examples of how not to be 100 years ago.
That's how time and societal change works.

2:06 - 3:37 - Agreed, partially because I actually agree, partially because my hands are getting tired.

So yes, the world is coming to an end, and the path to a new beginning is within you.

No. Loving people isn't going to find an alternative to fossil fuels.

tl;dr:
You can't sum up all of the problems of society in a 4 minute video, and make it rhyme at the same time.
Jefferson Befke did it better, and his still sucked.

OT: How on Earth does this sum up the New World Order's motive?
