This is definitely a more legit God Tier/Tier 1 list. If you're going to create a champion list I recommend using more trusted websites instead of typing "god tier champ list" into Google and finding a site ran by a D5 player. A champ might have a high win rate but that doesn't make them a god. You should really take the pick rate and competitive play rate into account before slapping champs down (Heimerdinger has a 53% WR but a 3% pick rate, doesn't make him a god).

Lee isn't really considered god tier anymore, due to his nerfs. In diamond 1-3 elo I've noticed jarvan getting a lot of play, not so much lee sin.

My god tier list:

Top: Maokai, Ryze, Alistar, Irelia, Gragas
Jungle: Rengar, Eve, Jarvan, Fiddlesticks
Mid: Syndra, Xerath, Orianna, Anivia, Fizz, Ziggs
ADC: Trist, Kog, Corki, Jinx, Lucian
Sup: Braum, Morg, Nami, Thresh

Tops: These 5 champs are always picked for toplane. Maokai and Alistar the ultimate tanks, they never die and have incredible cc. Ryze and Gragas are tanky mages who can output insane damage while building tanky. Irelia is just a lane bully and most people don't know how to counter play her.

Jungle: Rengar has trouble early game, but once he hits 6 every time his ult is up there should be a kill. Eve, very annoying to play against, pinks needed and fairly well fighter/tank. I love Jarvan. He has always been one of my favorite champs and I've noticed him being picked more and more. His Q has armor shred for the entire team and can nuke even while building tank. EQR = death. Fiddlesticks has incredible damage and sustain with his drain. I've seen him picked quite a lot, but the only flaw is his reliance on blue buff, mid might suffer.

Mids: I don't think kassadin is a good pick anymore, the nerfs have finally gotten to him and he really can't snowball as fast and hard anymore. I've noticed an influx of anivia and fizz picks lately, and it's been working. These 2 champs have insane teamfight and nuke. They are great to pick up and learn since they are pretty easy to play. Syndra, Xerath and Orianna have been pretty solid picks for quite awhile. Ziggs has exceptional waveclear, so he is always a good pick.

ADCs: Not much to say about these 5 titans, nothing will change until another item change. IE buffs and BT nerfs really empowered these champs. I'm surprised you didn't include Lucian in your tier list. The AA range nerf really hasn't affected him, just build him caster AD now.

Supports: I believe tanky/sustain supports are the way to go. Morgana is probably the best pick right now, great damage, cc control, cc monster, great lane control. I don't really like how traditional supports, Janna, Sona, etc. are kind of being weeded out, but AP supports seem to be making a presence. Braum and Thresh are safe picks that will win games.

I wasn't making this guide for diamond+ this guide was more made for new people starting out and bronze-gold solo queue and such but I like this, this is actually a very helpful post, alistar top lane havn't seen that recently but you went into detail with it, if you don't mind but may I use some of your information for champions to learn to become successful in solo queue, all credit will be given.
