Well I want to get my 350z manual, but there are some problems, I don't know how to drive Manual. And nobody in my family has a manual car I can learn on.
I can't rent a car because you have to be 25 to rent and drive them. Any suggestion on how to learn and get decent before I get the Z?
I really don't want to hurt the Z by grinding the gears. That's my last choice, is to learn on the Z.
I can pay $275 for a 6 hour lesson but i think that's a waste of money.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check youtube for some videos, I personally recommend ThatDudeInBlue he made a short 2 part video on how to drive manual that was very in depth.
And honestly practice makes perfect, go find an empty parking lot and just get used to your clutch and how it feels, you'll have it down in no time.

But how am I supposed to practice if I don't have a manual car...

Ask a friend/family member to help you out. I learnt in a manual and I think they are much better than automatics it does take a bit of getting used to but it's well worth it. I'm not sure whether knowing how to drive automatic will help or hinder you as I've only ever driven manual cars but good decision and good luck.

You wont ruin a vehicle if you grind the gears once or twice, if you do it every time you shift for a long time you will but in just a quick learning session grinding once or twice is expected.
Just understand the basics before you get in the car, and take it slow and smooth don't overthink the whole thing

Maybe you should look around your local area for instructors/driving schools that teach how to drive manual then, it will cost more but you should get the hang of it better that way to be honest.

I'm the comeplete opposite to you, I can drive an automatic but they are so awkward lol, Once you start driving a manual you will get used to it, just remember it's all about clutch control bringing it up slowly with a bit of gas. There's no need to use gas with diesels but unleaded, get some gas going through, it, so in your case (350z) you will need to give it some gas, I hope you find it easy leaning bro

If you get the Z then find a gravel parking lot. You can practice taking off in first without messing anything up. First gear is really the only hard one to learn.
The gravel makes it so the tires can spin easily if you push the gas peddle to fast.

Get a car with a manual then just practice on the first gear cause its the one that you will probably have the most trouble with
