Hello, Can someone please explain to me a way to add paypal as a payment method to google wallet WITHOUT using an android? I've tried just going into my google wallet in chrome, but it doesn't allow me to add it as a payment method.

I'd rather not go out and spend $200 on a mobile phone just to send someone virtual goods worth $5.97 :/

Only certain countries allow paypal for Google Wallet.
If you are in one of these countries it should be available for you.
