I was sitting here on my xbox and i was wondering if dogs have a sixes sense because in horror movies the dogs stay outside and bark at the house and they take no notices at it but then when they go into the house something moves or bangs and stuff like that so i done some research and I've found that they do have some kinda six's sense

please can anyone reply if you have More info about dogs thanks for reading

Lol the topic name had me visualizing dogs walking around sniffing for Sprite cans.

If you mean spirits, then I dunno. My dog randomly stares at the wall and growls sometimes which is a bit weird. Who knows... no way of getting inside that dogs brain (YET). >

Dogs have more acute hearing than humans. When they're barking at 'nothing' they're probably barking at something which you can't hear.

I don't know what research you've done but the only Sixth Sense which can be proven to exist is the one with Bruce Willis.

I don't know I think they do though. When I'm downstairs I see my dogs looking at nothing (to me) and acts like something is there. My cats do the same thing.

I'm not too sure, I know they have better hearing than us, but there have been times where my dog would just stare at a single place in the house and bark, whether it be the couch, the kitchen, or the living room and no one is even home except for me and my dog. Sometimes I think she's just barking at nothing (due to me not hearing or seeing anything) and it does get aggravating at times, but again, she clearly hears or sees something if she's going to stare and bark in the same direction for minutes on end.
