I've seen a few people with the "pro" and "bungie" nameplates on halo 3. I was looking for the tool they used. Does aparrition net have a halo 3 tool?

They didn't use a tool it was from bungie day when they made hallo on reach u could get a nameplate also blue flaming helmet

ApparitionNET does not have a Halo 3 tool. I know of some Halo 3 RTE's but haven't used them enough to know if you can do what you want but the one I have is called Alteration.
