when i go to turn on my xbox slim it wont turn on ive also tried using a different power brick and took it apart to clean the inside completely but nothing please if you can help pm me or add me on skype: NastyJtagModz

If you mean it turns on and freezes on the loading screen I had this problem not long ago, try starting it up without the HDD in, if this works then re-download your profile onto the system memory and then try with the HDD in or if you have your profile saved elsewhere try putting it on a usb and loading up with that in, if it just wont turn on all together trying speaking to xbox support via their website or @XboxSupport on twitter.

no i mean it doesent turn on at all. All the buttons on the front dont work and im unable to press the power button to start up the console.

No but really, you could try replacing the power brick. that is what I would do.

If you took it apart at any point, you could have damaged the ribben cable that comes from the face plate, that turns on the console. Make sure it isn't damaged and is properly reattached to the power module/ring of light.

also try to turn it on without the faceplate attached
