Disk Tray Doesn't Work

For some reason my Playstation disk tray won't take the disk, i've tried holding down the eject button but still doesn't work.

If someone can help me i will rep you 50. And thanks to any suggestions given.

Well its a drive problem.Have you taken your ps3 apart ever?
Also i looked on youtube and google just to see what other people have done. One guy stuck a butter knife(not sharp) into his ps3 drive about 2 inchs in the cornor and manually spun the gear and it accepted the disc,i have seen people flip there ps3 upside down and all different angles for it to accept the disc

Use a paper clip, bend it so it looks like an "L" stick it in the top of the disc tray then pull, this is what I do with my Playstation and Xbox, hope this helps.

if its a phat mine had this issue i took it to pieces took the disc drive out and apart (just the shell of it) there are some white pin looking things from what i remember i pointed them into the disc tray as mine were the back ones. then my discs went in fine played fine and ejected fine im sure there are 4 of them 1 in each corner. the all aim into the center of the tray.
