Can anyone link me to a list of legit stats for BO2 or post below?

This tool has legit stats when you set the stats. I would edit them a bit though because treyarch may ban i don't know.

Yes the tool is on TU18. That shouldn't matter though, considering the stat editing hasn't been updated since TU16...

if he use stat entry then it will matter because that has changed this is what it was on tu16 statEntry = 0x843454C8 and now on tu18 its statEntry = 0x840C0500
