This is just practice for how it really is later in life. There are different social classes of people and high school and what not teaches people what to expect.

However, social classes after High School isn't the same and people don't NOT associate with someone because they play sports or not, it isn't petty reasons.

My school actually doesn't have cliques. Social groups, kind of, there are people who are more popular than others, but it isn't separated by whether or not you do drugs, wear nice clothes, etc.

TrillVibes wrote I'm glad that I finally graduated highschool this past year. I got so annoyed and tired of all the preppy kids being jerks and buttholes to the kids that weren't friends with them. Or then you had the pot head groups or jocky groups. I'm not saying it's wrong to have your own group of friends, by why can't they just be friends with everyone and go on with their lives? That's what really bothered me.

But anyways that's all over for me as I have graduated from highschool and now to get a job and live in the real world!

Well, I for one certainly don't want to be friends with everyone because I don't like everyone. People who I have nothing in common with I usually avoid.

Plus, let the groups be the groups. They can do what they want as long as they aren't physically, mentally, and or emotionally hurting you.

Yeah, cliques are going away, but now it's more about certain groups of people.

Like school for me had the video game nerds/anime freaks, the jocks, stoners, band geeks, and renecks. I found my own group of guys and went on, but I avoided the bigger groups.

Same here, everyone pretty much talks with anyone.
Not a lot of bullying so.

It's your age group. At that age you're still expanding your knowledge even when you think you know everything, when you don't.

You'll mature once you hit College...
