Is there any tips or tricks on how to easily get loot drops?
I have been playing this game for a total of 19 hours and have only got 4 drops.2 of which have been weapon cases that I have sold on the community market.

Is the drops randomly given out or if you play extremely well?

Drops are extremely inconsistently dropped. It can be given to anybody on the scoreboard good or bad. The only drop in the game that is planned is the Breakout Mission drops that are given every 3 days.
