Weeks ago this started happening. So every time I start my computer up in safe mode, safe mode and networking, and start windows normally it goes to a blue screen and within 5 seconds its gone. Then my computer restarts and it allows me to choose the safe modes again and the start windows normally but when I click on either of them it goes back to the blue screen again for 5 seconds and it repeats itself.

I took a picture of what it said:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

and there's stuff that says what I can do to fix it but can't cause I can't go into safe mode.

Please help I could give you more info if you need it and I'll +rep whoever helps thanks!

You have windows 7? Start the computer from the disc drive or from the USB drive by using the Windows 7 install disc or if you have it on a usb use that. Delete the Bootcat.cache file, and then restart the computer.

The Bootcat.cache file is located at %SystemRoot%\system32\codeintegrity

Get it from a source (piratebay) and put it on a USB.

I don't have a computer to do that. Is there somebody I can call that they can take control of my computer or something?

You are out of luck then. Purchase a new copy of windows and reinstall.

You can find what you need here:

You don't necessarily have to re buy windows. I was in a similar situation, and all you have to do is burn a copy of a Repair Installation Disc (Google for it) for your copy of Windows. After repairing your system, you can re-validate the OS with your current Product Key.

He doesn't have a computer to rip windows 7, so that won't work.

Most computers nowadays use 64.

If this is your computer, you have 64 bit.
