Yoooo i was wondering if you need to be online on your RGH to do this? If someone can help it would be much appreciated!

I believe you do have to be online sir as I think the tool is RTE.

To get the classes, your exploited console needs to be online. Once the classes are set you can use the account on a retail console.

I'm pretty sure you can the tool offline. Just as long as you're connected.
