I've been in different competitive teams that give out jerseys and other apparel, I'm not a big fan of it, I hardly wore any of mine. But if that's what you're into then go for it!

You should center the guys and the text and put the big DayZ text that was in green in the background

Why do the edges of the shirts look so fuzzy? Find a better mockup.

I don't think you should just snatch a picture from google, and throw it on your shirt either.
Plus it's not even rendered well. It would look really bad on a shirt with a darker color.

The text isn't too good looking either.
The color doesn't match anything. The font looks low quality...

I would suggect creating your own design to put on a shirt.
And some nice text that fits the theme, and scheme.

Poor quality render with some extremely ugly green text. Do some research on t shirt design if I was you. Or you can do some research on improving your overall design skills, because that's what's needed really

I feel that the overall design of this T-Shirt is poor to say the least.

I needs quite a bit of work on the font, color choice, etc

Edit it and change some things that I and other users have said, and lets see how it looks after you have changed some things on it.
